Rai Zeke

So I wanted to redesign Zeke's Raichu form. Plus I kinda felt like drawing a Raichu. Didn't bother to shadow got lazy. =w=;; Anyway hope you like it. I might put in a back ground later for it with some shadowing.

Man Raichus are chubby but, they make great fighting types.
